Look at Lane's face. He makes the funniest faces. He is usually running from the camera, but every so often he will jump into the shot - but always with a goofy face.

Another Ranger's game

Luke took Lane, Cam, Lane's friend, Jake and Joey (friend of the family) to the Ranger's game last night. It was a good game - Ranger's broke their 5 game losing streak. The other night at a wedding we met the Ranger's mascot - super nice guy. He e-mailed Luke 5 really good tickets for the game. Thanks Jim! Olivia, Ryder and I opted out of the game and headed for the grocery instead.

It was SO hot at the Ranger's game. We were keeping each other cool by eating those frozen lemonade drinks - yum yum! Ryder was naked by the end of the game.

My Mozart(S)

I caught this pic of Lane and Ryder playing the piano. Lane just picked him up and sat him next to him and they started playing (Ryder smacked the keys and giggled).
Ryder's new thing is to play the piano. We need a musician in the family. I am not allowed to sing. Not born w/ the singing gene that's for sure. Cam wants to play the electric guitar and Lane wants to play the drums. They took acoustic guitar lessons this Spring - but I don't think it was "wild" enough for them. Olivia and Luke are the dancers. I can lip-sing ;-)

9 Months!

My precious pumpkin turned 9 months on the 13th. He is so much fun and no matter what the situation - he can put a smile on your face. He had his check up with the Endocronologist today and got a great report. Praise God. He is going to be walking before we know it.

11 years!

Luke and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary this past weekend. We went to a small town outside of Dallas and stayed at a B&B (picture above). We had so much fun just relaxing and antiques shopping (well, I should say I had fun doing that - Luke sat in a coffee shop and read a book for4 hours) Who says you need to spend time together while being away for your anniversary??!!

I really don't think I can laugh any harder than I do when he's dancing. He kinda has the Napolean Dynomite moves. I think Luke really thinks he's good!!! Check out his facial expressions. Ryder is watching Luke with a puzzled look on his face. The others and I are laughing so hard our bellies hurt. Doesn't phase Luke - he just keeps dancing.

Sick again

I had to take Ryder to the Dr. again yesterday. When I call the Dr.'s office all I have to say is "hello" and they know Ryder's sick. It's nothing ever real serious. I am very thankful for that. But in between his tracheomalaysia and thyroid disorder I feel like I live at the Dr. He has had numerous ear infections, as well as bronchitis and pneumonia several times. Very rarely does he act like he's sick. Always smiling and giggling. The other kids haven't been sick in a long time - praise God.

Lane's Back!

Lane got home yesterday from a week with his mimi and papa. He had so much fun. I don't think he wanted to come home.
Lane did not come home alone. We have a new addition to the family named BFJ - Bobby Freddy Joey. He is an iguana. Lovely. We already have a dog and 5,000 geckos. He also came home with some energy drinks. What 9 year old needs energy drinks!!??? That was just plain cruel!
When he was sitting at the table this morning eating cereal he said "I haven't had cereal in a long time" I asked him what he has been eating for breakfast and he said sonic and donuts.
Grandparents - I can't wait! I already have so much planned that I want to do with my grandkids. They are going to love me and never want to go home!
