Saturday at the Soccer field

CPS?

First time at goalie

This is what I found when I turned around...

Entertaining each other

Snack time

It's the little things like leaves that make us excited. You would think we don't get out much!

Lane really impresses me with his soccer abilities! And this is only his second season to ever play!

Homecoming Parade

This was Ryder on his 12th piece of candy

The grand finale - the H.S. football team.

On Thursday we went to the homecoming parade downtown. It was so much fun. This sort of stuff really makes me thankful to be living in a small town! Cameron's football team had a float in the parade. Most of these pictures were taken with my little point and shoot camera. Friday night we took Olivia, Ryder, Cam and Cam's friend to the homecoming football game. I was amazed at how packed it was. I haven't been to a highschool football game since highschool. It was a lot of fun to watch the youngin's - not so much fun to watch the Bruins get smeared. We lasted until halftime and by then there were so many teenagers standing up in front of us that we couldn't see!

I took some pictures of Olivia's good friend the other day. She is a photographer's dream - just smiles all the time and very cooperative.

And amazing long lashes!

Had to take a picture of the shoes, especially when they're this cute!

Getting a little tired.

Before the haircut

After - whatcha think?

Love this cutie!

Miss America got a visit from the tooth fairy!

I actually shed a tear when my baby girl lost her first tooth. This is all just happening too fast - Kindergarten, showers, and now losing her baby tooth!

Wet Games

This was the referee for Lane's soccer game. I took this picture b/c I thought he could have easily been the age to be on the team. He was the only referee at the game. Poor kid had to put up with the parents and coach of Collinsville (who we played). After their dispicable behavior I have a feeling the kid will never ref a game again. I just wanted to go hug the poor child!

This was taken at Cam's football game. It was raining so hard! I had a blast and I think the kids did too.

Unplanned Trip to the Seminary

On our way to Austin Thursday the traffic was so bad that we didn't even get into Fort Worth until 11pm. We ended up staying the night at the Leadership Development Complex at the Seminary which is probably the nicest "hotel" I have ever stayed at. Luke and I lived at Seminary housing from around 1999-2003 and have the best memories during those days. Below are some pictures that I took while we were there.

There is so much beauty at the Seminary. I could have taken pictures there all day.

This was quite a floral arrangement!

I use to stroll the Seminary when Lane was Olivia's age and Cam was Ryder's age! Doesn't Olivia look thrilled?

I am NOT showing the picture of my child climbing on Jesus!
